At Tru Jewelry Ltd., each piece is thoughtfully designed and carefully inspected before it reaches you. We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If for any reason your purchase does not meet your expectations, we are happy to assist with a return, exchange, or store credit in accordance with the policy below.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Returned within 15 days of delivery
- In original, unworn condition
- Returned in original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
For hygiene and product integrity reasons, earrings and sale items cannot be returned or refunded unless deemed faulty.
Tru Jewelry Ltd. reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Online Purchases
Returns must be approved before items are sent back.
To request a return, please email orders@trujewels.com within 15 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- The reason for return
- Whether you prefer a refund, exchange, or store credit
If an item is believed to be faulty or damaged, please include a photo showing the issue.
If more than 15 days have passed since delivery, we may be unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Returning Your Item
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item is confirmed to be faulty.
Because jewelry is delicate, items must be securely packaged in a protective box to prevent damage during transit. Tru Jewelry Ltd. cannot be responsible for items damaged during return shipping due to insufficient packaging.
Returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until received by Tru Jewelry Ltd.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, or
- A store credit will be issued if requested.
Please allow 5–7 business days for refunds to be processed after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Partial refunds may be granted if:
- Items are returned outside the return window
- Items show signs of wear or damage not caused by TRU Jewelry Ltd.
- Packaging or components are missing
Exchanges
To exchange an item, we recommend placing a new order for the desired piece first to ensure availability. You may then return your original purchase following the return process above.
Once your return is received, the refund for the original item will be processed.
